Spanning a functional area of 1,500 sq. feet, our shop is fully equipped with branded high-performance bandsaw systems and machining equipment.
We offer high-precision metal sizing and lathe turning facility for a wide range of engineering metals, specializing in **Stainless Steel (SS)**, **Mild Steel (MS)**, **Inconel**, **Monel**, **Duplex**, and **Super duplex** materials. With in-house blade butt-welding and sharpening services, we ensure minimal downtime and prompt deliveries.
Equipped with Laxmi & Om Sai bandsaw machines cutting round bars from 5mm to 220mm diameter.
Jaydeep Lathe setup capable of handling precision turning up to 10mm to 250mm diameters.
In-house Laxmi butt welding station and Elmark grinder for instant blade servicing.
Dedicated quality checks utilizing Mitutoyo Vernier calipers and Right angle verification.

Materials are processed under strict supervisions using branded band saw blades or Jaydeep Lathe turning.
Thorough dimensional analysis using calibrated Mitutoyo Vernier calipers and Right angle templates.
Sized parts are securely bundled, loaded, and dispatched back to the client site with clean invoices.
